VIDEO EDITING INTERN

SUMMER 2025

We are looking for a Summer Video Editing Intern with a passion for storytelling and digital content. This role focuses primarily on short-form editing (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and creative ideation across our diverse client accounts, while also offering an inside look at longer form editing on documentary film projects. Estimated at 10 hours per week. This is a remote, paid position with opportunities for in-person collaboration for interns based in Portland, OR or Austin, TX. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit engaging short-form video content optimized for social media.

  • Cut down long-form interviews and productions into platform-ready highlights.

  • Incorporate brand assets, captions, and social-first editing techniques.

  • Contribute to brainstorms and creative ideation sessions.

  • Collaborate with the intern team on a summer-long capstone project that simulates agency life and creative project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

  • General understanding of content trends across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

  • Ability to communicate effectively via email, Slack, text, and video call.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.

  • Strong creative instincts with a desire to grow as a digital storyteller.

  • Preferred majors: Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business, Film, or related fields.

PRODUCTION INTERN

SUMMER 2025

We are looking for a Summer Production Intern with a passion for creative strategy, business development, and storytelling through visual media. This role will support business development initiatives, assist in visual production workflows (such as documentaries and commercial shoots), and contribute to strategic content ideation for social media clients.

You will work across a range of projects, including:

  • Athlete Creator brand development

  • NIL and collegiate athletics content

  • Original storytelling and one-off commercial projects

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the research, development, and preparation of partnership opportunities and proposals.

  • Support pre-production logistics and creative development for visual projects (documentaries, branded content, social media productions).

  • Participate in brainstorm sessions to develop concepts, campaigns, and storytelling strategies for clients.

  • Help manage production timelines, asset organization, and internal project workflows.

  • Collaborate with the intern team on a summer-long capstone project that simulates agency life and creative project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.

  • Familiarity with video production processes and social media content trends.

  • Interest in brand development, creative production, business development, or digital marketing.

  • Proficiency in email, Slack, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

  • Preferred majors: Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business, Film, or related fields.
